Industrial Tax Exemption	New manufacturing facilities and expansions are eligible for an exemption from property taxes on buildings, equipment and machinery for a period of up to ten years.
Enterprise Zone	Bernice Industrial Complex is located in an enterprise zone. Tenants qualify for a one time tax credit of $2,500 for each new job created during the first five years of operation.
Inventory Tax Credit Credits	Credits for state corporate income and franchise taxes for a portion of local inventory taxes paid.
Training Assistance	Reimbursement of up to 50% of wages paid.
Industrial Grants	Funds available for building expansion improvements for relocation and job creation.
